Rental Policies

Check-Out: 10:00 AM Saturday

Payment

We accept money orders, cashiers checks and certified checks. A $250 deposit is required to confirm your reservation. The remainder of your payment is due 30 days before your arrival date. Once your final payment has been received we will mail you a set of keys and the underground parking card.

Reservation & Security Deposit

We require a $250 reservation/security deposit to confirm your reservation. This deposit then becomes a refundable security deposit. Once you check out and the housekeeping staff has confirmed that the unit is in good condition, and we have received back your key and parking card, we will mail the deposit back to you immediately.

Minimum Stay

Our minimum stay requirement is one week, from Saturday to Saturday.

Maximum Occupancy

Condominium corporation rules state that the maximum number of guests that can be housed comfortably and safely in this unit is six.

Housekeeping

The fee for housekeeping is included in your rental fee.

Smoking

Smoking is strictly prohibited inside our condo. You will incur additional charges for carpet cleaning and deodorizing if evidence of smoking is found.

Pets

Our unit does not allow any pets. You will incur additional charges for carpet cleaning and deodorizing if evidence of pets are found.

Telephones

There is a phone in the unit that you may use to make local or long distance calls to the US and Canada.

Linens

All bed linens and towels are provided.
